A Las Vegas native with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mark formed Signa Realty Group in 2003 and is the sole owner and principal broker.

Mark is primarily focused on the acquisition, leasing and sale of retail properties and apartments in the Las Vegas Valley with a strong emphasis in property management.

Mark is also a broker and co-owner of Signa Insurance Group specializing in all comercial lines of insurance which has proved to be an invaluable tool in managing our clients properties.

Mark holds a Nevada Broker's license, property management permit and is a licensed broker by the Nevada & California Insurance Division.

Roblynn has more than 15 years of property management and commercial real estate experience. Roblynn has held key executive management positions with national real estate firms such as May Department Stores, May Centers, Inc., and Draper and Kramer, Inc.

Since 1983, Roblynn's experience includes over 10 years managing the day to day leasing and operations of over 3,500,000 square feet super regional and community shopping centers. During the last ten years Roblynn has acted as an asset manager for several limited partnerships with specialty properties on the Las Vegas Strip and Northern California. Roblynn holds a Nevada real estate license, property management permit and the designation of CSM awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
