Roblynn L. Wright has more than 15 years of property management and commercial real estate experience. Ms. Wright has held key executive management positions with national real estate firms such as May Department Stores, May Centers, Inc., and Draper and Kramer, Inc.
Since 1983, Ms. Wright’s experience includes over 10 years managing the day to day leasing and operations of over 3,500,000 square feet super regional and community shopping centers. During the last ten years Ms. Wright has acted as an asset manager for several limited partnerships with specialty properties on the Las Vegas Strip and Northern California. Ms. Wright holds a Nevada real estate license, property management permit and the designation of CSM awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Ms Wright holds a Nevada Real Estate Agent and Property Management license.

Suzane Nunes-Holten, Director of Marketing, oversees all marketing initiatives and research for Signa Realty Group. She holds and MBA from Keller University and a B.A. in Social Communications from Univesidade Paulista, in Brazil. As a result of having lived overseas, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
With more than 15 years experience in marketing and advertising, Suzane is very knowledgeable of all the pieces that come into play in a well executed marketing plan. She prides herself in having worked for the global ad agency J. Walter Thompson. Today, her creativity and technical abilities enable her to tackle the many challenges that face property owners. She has proven herself to be a flexible, organized, detail-oriented professional that can easily adapt to any situation.
Mrs. Nunes-Holten holds a Nevada real estate license, and is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Tess Roberts relocated to Las Vegas from Orange County, California where she worked for Byco, Inc., as a Corporate Property Accountant for multiple properties located in Orange County, California and San Antonio Texas.
In Las Vegas she held a Senior Property Accountant Position for Harsch Investments where she was responsible for budget variances, asset distribution, lease compliance, construction loan draw financial/procedural controls and financial month and year end reporting for over 2.3 million square feet of property.
During her 20 year tenure, her experience lies within retail, office, industrial and construction accounting. Tess works closely with the owners and outside CPA firms.
